Founded in 2010, First Hill Partners is a middle market investment bank dedicated to providing high-touch, advisory services to founders, companies and investors.
We take a long term approach and pride ourselves on offering our clients access to our deep rolodex of relationships, in-depth industry knowledge, structuring and negotiating expertise as well as strategic guidance. Unique to our firm all of the principals have worked in both operating roles as well as financial services. Transactions are lead exclusively by our senior bankers. BOARD AND FOUNDER ADVISORY SERVICES
Unlike many transaction-only based investment banks, First Hill takes a longer-term view of its relationships. Our Board and Founder Advisory Services business was initially created based on demand from many of our reference clients who after selling their business have started, or taken over senior roles, at new companies. We have since expanded this offering to provide long term guidance to companies that are considering transactions in the medium to long term be they closely held businesses with founders looking to retire, companies experiencing generational change or entrepreneurial companies seeking a long term home for their organization.
